Saturday deliveries are subject to $15 additional charge per box. Sunday, Monday and holiday deliveries and shipments are not available. Flower holidays shipments are subject to fuel surcharges.
SATURDAY DELIVERY ITS AVAILABLE , WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ALTERNATIVE BUT IF CUSTOMER NEEDS SATURDAY DELIVERY FLOWERS WILL BE SHIPPED UNDER CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTER CARD AND DISCOVER ARE ACCEPTED. Express overnight service is used for all shipments unless otherwise requested. Non-continental USA shipments are subject to additional charges.

Its not responsible for late shipments due to omissions and external causes including weather conditions, wrong address, interruptions or any failure of performance whether or not resulting from acts of God, theft, destruction and other causes. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Claims and credit requests must be placed no later than 24 hours after receiving the product, pictures of the flowers are necesarie in order to issue a credit. Credit card is charged at the moment of placing the order regardless the delivery date. Approved Claims will be credited back to the charge card the last friday of the month after complain is setted. Any cancelation is subject to a 15% of the total order fee. No cancelations accepted 5 days prior delivery date. Cancelations within 10 days of delivery date are subject to a 50% of the total order fee. The Flower Exchange.com. its not responsible for UPS ,Fedex or any carrier including airlines late shipments or delays from the original schedule. If flowers are delivered after the requested date because of a carrier (FedEx) related problem, The Flower Exchange.com, Inc. will not issue a credit. The Flower Exchange.com. its not responsible in any way for shippments after 24 hours of the delivery date. The Flower Exchange.com it’s not responsible for bad care and handling of the product , the proper care of the flowers it’s entirely the customer responsibility. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a cause for rejecting the entire order. Never use walk in coolers, freezers or home refrigerators as these are not suited to fresh flower storage and can damage your flowers. Most Our flowers are shipped Via FedEx, UPS or DHL Overnight and Must Be Signed for It is not our responsibility if you miss the delivery and the flowers arrive damaged because of excessive travel time. Please be aware that signing a door slip from Any carrier any time in the past authorizes that carrier to waive the signature. We make every effort to provide the exact flower you order. If in the rare event that high demand, crop failures or poor weather conditions prevent the availability of an exact flower, we may substitute other similar flower varieties. Although our system has confirmed your order in dealing with agricultural products and international deliveries there is always a possibility an order may not be filled.
